Patient Home Visit to Kinogozi Village

Founding member Christine made a follow-up home visit to the home of an 8-year-old girl who is on the Uganda Heart Institute surgical waiting list. She was referred by FAAYO Board Member Samali. Christine reviewed Reach’s RHD Patient Education Flip Chart the child’s father.
