FAAYO Community Heart Health Initiative celebrated World Heart Day at Kisalosalo Village,Kyebando slum area, on September 29, 2023, in Kawempe Division, Uganda. The day included health talks and blood pressure screenings performed by volunteer nurses from Norvik Hospital and Maganjo Health Center
